A LEGO Bridge in Germany

Most of us grew up playing with LEGOs and some of us can’t stop playing with them as adults. German street artist Megx, also known as Martin Meuwold, renovated an old train overpass in Wuppertal, Germany. With the help of a construction team, he painted the 250 square meters in the shape of LEGO bricks, in just four weeks!

These aren’t real LEGO bricks you see. The LEGO pattern was painted on and shaded with a darker color to appear as though they are actual bricks. Clever right? Post-transformation, the area under the bridge is being used as a walking and riding path for pedestrians and cyclists.

Are you a LEGO fan? Have a look at the temporary LEGO pavilion that was built in The Netherlands.
